Wedding Day Coordination

Our wedding day coordination is ideal for the couple who wants to enjoy planning their own wedding. We step in 8-12 weeks before your wedding and work with you to deliver your perfect day. We begin with a site visit and meeting. Then we connect with your vendors, review your contracts, finalize decor details, build a seamless timeline and logistics plan, and run your rehearsal. When your wedding day arrives we manage every aspect to perfection, so you can focus on soaking in each unforgettable moment.
Full Service Wedding Planning
Beginning investment $10,000
I provide full service planning to a select number of couples each year. If you are interested in limited 2027 planning services, please contact me via email with your name, location, wedding date, potential venue and initial questions to inquire about my availability.
My Story
I am pleased to introduce myself as Jamie Noone, owner and chief WC of Cape Cod Wedding Coordinators. Based in Yarmouth Port, MA., I began my career in non-profit event management before being introduced to the Cape Cod wedding industry as a private venue coordinator at The Dennis Inn. Now I adore coordinating weddings at The Dennis Inn, along with other venues, private homes, and unique spaces all over the Cape!
When I am not managing a picture-perfect wedding, you will find me exploring the trails of Cape Cod and New Hampshire with my 2 incredible kiddos.
My goal is to exceed your expectations to deliver your perfectly seamless wedding day. My staff and I will execute your timeline, communicate with your vendors, and flex seamlessly when necessary.
Your only responsibility is to relax, leave the details to us, and soak in your stress-free wedding day!
